Réseau DRAPO
Depuis sa création en 2017 le réseau DRAPO œuvre activement afin de protéger la santé des deux millions d’habitants du Sud Francilien impactés directement par les nuisances acoustiques et atmosphériques dues au trafic de l’aéroport d’Orly.
Il fédère de nombreux acteurs tels que :
- Les élus de 50 communes adhérentes
- Une vingtaine d’associations impliquées par cette problématique
- Près de 300 adhérents individuels
Ce type de fonctionnement lui permet d’être pleinement représentatif des riverains auprès des instances du secteur aérien.
Outre l’activité continue de ses membres dans ces différentes instances, il réitère sans discontinuer les deux demandes permettant d’assurer pour le futur un minimum de sécurité environnementale aux habitants survolés à savoir :
- Un plafonnement strict à 200000 mouvements annuels
- Une durée minimale de couvre-feu de huit heures consécutives (selon les normes de l’OMS)
Ce double objectif nécessitera une implication constante des riverains, de leurs représentants et des associations. Pour preuve la récente consultation publique mise en place par le Ministère des Transports proposant de fait le rejet d’un projet d’allongement du couvre-feu actuel même limité à une demi-heure.
