Une aide à l’énergie nationale cumulable à l’aide du département
Face à l’augmentation des factures d’énergie pour les particuliers et la forte progression du coût des denrées alimentaires, le Département a lancé il y a un an un dispositif d’accompagnement pour les ménages aux revenus modestes.
Il s’appuie sur la création d’un chèque énergie : d’une valeur de 50€, il est versé aux foyers val de marnais non éligibles au chèque énergie de l’Etat, mais percevant peu de revenus.
Cette aide permet de soutenir le pouvoir d’achat des travailleurs pauvres souvent exclus des dispositifs de solidarité, il s’adresse à près de 50 000 foyers du département.
La totalité du budget précédemment dédié au dispositif Val-de-Marne solidarité est consacré à ce nouveau dispositif et abondé à l’occasion du vote du Budget Supplémentaire.

En parallèle à l’aide du département, une aide à l’énergie nationale est versée chaque année aux 5,8 millions de ménages qui y sont éligibles. Ce chèque, d’un montant compris entre 48 et 277€, peut être utilisé auprès de tous les fournisseurs d’énergie en France, pour payer des factures d’électricité, gaz, propane, fioul, bois… On rappellera que cette aide n’impacte pas le prix du kWh payé, il revient à chacun de comparer les offres d’énergie pour s’assurer de bénéficier d’un tarif intéressant. Par ailleurs, cette aide ne génère aucun engagement auprès de son fournisseur, l’usager est libre de changer de fournisseur d’électricité ou de gaz à tout moment, sans frais ni pénalités.
