Grand Paris Sud Est Avenir (GPSEA) poursuit l’élaboration de son Plan Local d’Urbanisme intercommunal (PLUi). Alors que le document a été arrêté en conseil de territoire fin 2024, le moment est venu d’ouvrir l’enquête publique, dernière phase de concertation.

Ce document d’urbanisme est destiné à encadrer les projets d’aménagement dans les 16 villes membres de GPSEA, afin d’assurer un développement cohérent et maîtrisé du territoire, dans le respect des identités communales. Document réglementaire élaboré pour les 15 prochaines années, le PLUi détermine les principes d’aménagement et de développement à l’échelle territoriale, dans une logique de synergie entre les villes tout en préservant les composantes et spécificités locales.
Son élaboration donne l’occasion de réfléchir collectivement avec l’ensemble des acteurs et des habitants de manière concertée et partenariale, à la construction d’un projet de territoire innovant et tenant compte des grands enjeux actuels et à venir, notamment celui de la transition écologique et de l’adaptation au changement climatique.
A compter de son approbation, le PLUi remplacera les PLU actuellement établis à l’échelle de chacune des communes.

Après 3 années de travail, marquées par une première phase de concertation, le projet de PLUi a été arrêté en conseil de territoire le 4 décembre 2024.
La concertation, ponctuée de réunions publiques, a été riche et a permis à toutes celles et ceux qui font vivre le territoire de s’informer sur le projet, de s’exprimer à l’échelle communale mais aussi intercommunale et ainsi contribuer à son élaboration.

Le PLUi est entré dans la dernière étape de sa conception, celle de l’enquête publique.
Celle-ci se déroule du lundi 31 mars à 09h00 au lundi 5 mai 2025 à 17h00. Elle est une nouvelle occasion, pour les habitants, de faire entendre leur voix et de façonner l’avenir du territoire. Durant 5 semaines, la population sera invitée à donner son avis sur le dossier de
PLUi arrêté et à faire remonter ses remarques lors des permanences tenues par le commissaire-enquêteur et sur les registres mis à disposition du public.
